Meg and Kyle held the MOST BEAUTIFUL Bluemont Vineyards wedding. The day was crisp and clear, the coffee perfectly paired with the naked cake, and the family embraced with bear hugs and smiles.

Meg and Kyle were married at St. Theresa’s in Ashburn. For more on their wedding ceremony, see here. After the wedding ceremony, we headed to Bluemont for this.
That’s right. The views in Bluemont are un-beat-able. The day was a little crisp. The silver shawls were a perfect gift. Glamorous and perfect for the cool weather.
The loose florals were so elegant. The eucalyptus gave the bouquet fresh smell. Nothing overpowering.
Kyle tied his own tie. It’s such a classy touch. Note to self: learn to tie a bowtie. Most groomsmen don’t know how!
Meg’s button back, illusion back dress was show stopping. The blush and lace and belt could have been too much on other dresses, but because it was tone-on-tone, the details were elegant and gave the dress dimension.
And this party was so much fun! They were tender the Kyle and Meg and then let loose to party!
After taking pictures with the family and the bridal party, we snuck away to take pictures of just the couple. It is my goal that 30 years from now, Meg and Kyle look at their photos and don’t remember my name. They don’t remember me at all, in fact. It is my goal that when their look at their photos, they don’t see photography tricks or poses, but they are reminded of how strongly they loved one another on day one.
With these two, it was easy. Their love is so easy.
Gosh darn! Fall Bluemont Vineyard weddings are so beautiful with the gold colors!
Umm, #modelmode
And that view! I think that view is the number one reason to have a Bluemont Vineyards wedding.
Meg and Kyle were able to enjoy a few minutes of cocktail while I ran inside to photograph the gorgeous Bluemont Vineyards wedding reception space. Meg and Kyle used navy and silver as their accent colors. Check out those chargers– on point!
Meg and Kyle planned a dance that ended with a dip. This ninja photographer was able to jump into just the right spot of the dip. High fives!!
Can we be honest for a minute? I’m an occasional crier. I don’t know what it was about this mother-son dance, but it got me! I played the song for my husband, and cried all over again! Here’s the song, if you’re wondering.
Oh, darn it. Meg, I totally have a crush on your dress.
After dinner, everyone danced… and I mean everyone!
As the reception drew to a close, the great staff at Bluemont Vineyards put out yummy doughnut favors– a perfect fall treat! Meg and Kyle snuck outside with me for some photos in the Bluemont Vineyards wedding gazebo. Stunning!
Then…. the night was over. It all felt too fast! Meg and Kyle left to a beautiful sparkler exit, and off they went.
